Natural gas heater is a device for individual heating, fueled by natural gas or LPG. It can be safely applied to any desired living space. This economical device, which is not costly, has a very efficient fuel consumption. This durable device, which is a family heirloom, is environmentally friendly thanks to its high efficiency and natural fuel.
You can use it safely in apartments, caravans, summer and winter detached houses, offices, shops, winter gardens, glass balconies, restaurants and cafes, educational institutions, in short, in every area where there is life.
Hermetic devices are systems consisting of 2 nested chimneys, separating waste gas and fresh air. The combustion chamber and air flow system are completely based on hermetic technology. Hermetic devices do not consume air in the living area. They take combustion air from the outside and safely throw waste gas to the outside environment. In the vented natural gas device, a standard 130 mm diameter stove chimney is used and takes combustion air from the living area.
Our devices are manufactured in accordance with European standards. All of our devices have a safety system. There is an automatic gas cut-off system. Thus, you can use it even in windy weather. You will never encounter risky situations such as gas leakage, explosion, poisoning. You can use hermetic devices safely even while sleeping.
We have two types of devices. Wall-mounted devices must be mounted and fixed. There is absolutely no hidden foot for standing. Standing type devices are not fixed to the wall.
An agreement must be made with an engineering company authorized by the gas distribution company in your province for the project design and installation process. The natural gas project will be approved and installed by the authorized engineering company. The engineering company will obtain permission from the gas company and provide gas opening. Project design, installation and gas opening processes are subject to a fee. You pay the fee to the authorized engineering company and the gas company.
After having the installation done by the engineering company and receiving gas opening approval, apply to the nearest authorized service for opening. Fujiyama does not charge a fee for the initial opening and introduction service, our authorized services do not make such a request. If there is no authorized service in your province, contact the factory for technical support.
You can turn off the device by turning the gas valve on it to the O sign next to the star sign. Make sure the pilot flame is extinguished. Never turn off the device from the gas valve on the installation.
Read the manual carefully for detailed information. Do not place flammable objects near or on the device while it is operating. Since the surface temperature reaches high degrees, do not leave minors, disabled people and pets unattended/alone while the device is operating. Never touch the device while it is operating and before it has cooled down.
The warranty period is 2 years against manufacturer's defects, starting from the date the device is put into operation. There is a 10-year parts supply guarantee.

Turn the gas valve to the star position according to the sign next to it. Press and hold the gas valve and ignite the lighter at the same time. After the pilot flame is lit, hold your hand on the gas valve for approximately 15 seconds. The thermocouple valve safety system will be activated. After the pilot flame is lit, you can turn the gas valve to the desired position.
If your device is newly installed, there will be air in the flexible pipe connected from the installation to the device. Due to the air, it will take time for the gas to reach the pilot. Try again after removing the air from the installation. If you still have the same problem, contact our nearest authorized service.
Our devices are manufactured to be adjusted to natural gas. If you request to use it with LPG, you can apply to our nearest authorized service and have the first conversion done free of charge within the warranty period.
The fan located at the bottom of our devices absorbs the cold air accumulated at the bottom and heats it up inside the device, allowing the air to spread faster and more evenly by convection. The fans in our devices are optional. While our devices do not require an electrical connection, the fan works with an electrical connection.
The device does not require an electrical connection to operate. The device continues to operate when there is a power outage.
The device has a modular gas valve with automatic thermostat.
You can adjust the desired temperature between 16-38 degrees in positions 1-7.
Our footed models can be exited from the window without any support. Authorized engineering companies perform such applications for our wall-mounted models. Please contact the authorized engineering company you have an agreement with for this request.
We have devices with various capacities between 4 kW and 12 kW. You can get an idea of the capacity you need by looking at the heat/area table in the technical details. Since the heat requirement depends on many variables, this information is not binding.

If the pilot light is lit, the automatic thermostat is activated. In the automatic modular system, when the temperature corresponding to the number marked is reached, it cuts off the gas, increase the temperature to give gas again. If the device is completely out, the safety system has automatically cut off the gas due to south winds or a heavy storm. If none of these conditions exist, contact our nearest authorized service.
The safety system is activated immediately after the device is completely extinguished. You cannot give gas to the system or ignite unless the safety system inside the device is activated. Wait for it to cool for 5 minutes and then ignite it again.
Our devices have high capacity and high efficiency. For this reason, the temperature of the combustion chamber reaches high degrees. The sound coming from the device is the sound of metal expansion, it is normal. If you encounter a sound that you do not think is normal, contact our nearest authorized service.
If there is no change with a vented device that is actively used and works with gas, gas companies do not perform project planning and gas opening, subject to the following conditions, as required by law.
A vented device cannot be installed in completely wooden structures.
In order to perform project planning and gas opening, a CE certified chrome chimney must be made. The chimney is supplied from outside. The chimney diameter is 130 mm.

We recommend that you get inspection and maintenance service from our authorized services once a year before operating your device that you have not used for a long time.
If your ignition system is battery-powered, try changing the battery. If the problem still persists, you can contact your nearest authorized service.
You can use enamel coated surfaces. The features of the model you have are included in the manual. Surfaces coated with heat-resistant static paint are not suitable for use.
